⏰  Turnaround Time: 24-72 hr turnaround time

✍️ Cancellation Policy: Cancelled appointments by client less than 24 hours of scheduled shoot will result in a $35 fee.

🧾 Refund Policy: Payments are not submitted until photo galleries are delivered. Galleries will have access to view the proofs, and the invoice must be paid to download the images. If a listing goes under contract within the 24-72 hour turnaround, client is still liable to pay the invoice as work has already been rendered. Once the invoice and gallery has been viewed and images have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued. Please address any concerns regarding quality of images before downloading images. 

🎞️ Re-shoot: If client is unhappy with images due to staging issues, failure to communicate, failure to properly prepare home before being photographed, or any issue that is not a fault of the photographer, and asks for a re-shoot, client will be required to book another full session.

📝  Note - A signed contract IS required to book, NO EXCEPTIONS (failure to sign post payment will result in an auto cancel). Should you pay here before signing the agreement you have NOT fully booked, and a contract is still needed in order to book. A signed contract is REQUIRED by both parties in order to be considered booked. The contract will be sent to you within 24-48hrs upon purchasing your session.
